Eizelluxe’s team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to guiding you seamlessly through the entire acquisition process, ensuring a smooth journey from payment to the global delivery of your property.
Statements and Invoices
Within three business days of the auction’s conclusion, our post-sale service team will dispatch an invoice and shipping details. The comprehensive invoice includes the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and local taxes. Shipping charges incurred by Eizelluxe will be individually communicated to clients. Payment is due within seven business days of receiving the invoice. Once the full payment is received, we will initiate the shipping process within seven business days.
Payments
Payment for your property can be made to Eizelluxe via major debit and credit cards, cheques, demand drafts, or NEFT/RTGS transfer. For transactions exceeding 10 lakhs, NEFT/RTGS transfer is the preferred method. Internationally, payments are accepted through cheques, demand drafts, or NEFT/RTGS transfer. Eizelluxe strictly prohibits third-party payments from any organization or individual who is not the winning bidder.
Delivery
Eizelluxe’s in-house logistics team takes charge of packaging, shipping, and ensuring the secure delivery of your property to your doorstep. Standard delivery times are estimated at 2 business days within New Delhi, 7-10 business days pan-India, and 10-15 business days internationally. These timelines may vary based on individual circumstances. Delivery within New Delhi incurs no additional cost.
For international shipments, shipping and delivery policies may vary due to customs and export regulations depending on the location.
Please Note:
- For items under the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act of 1972, delivery and transportation will proceed after the transfer of ownership.
- In the case of vintage cars, delivery is contingent upon the registration of new ownership at the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
