This Nike Dunk High comes from a joint venture between Nike and AMBUSH, a Tokyo-based fashion label founded by Yoon Ahn. Yoon Ahn is the first female designer to partner with both Nike and the National Basketball Association (NBA), and this pair marks the fourth collaborative colorway of her re-imagined Dunk High silhouette.
Inspired by Japanese automotive culture, the design consists of a monochromatic colorway of Flash Lime on a leather build. The pair features an oversized, black Swoosh with an elongated tail that extends beyond the heel of the shoe, one of Ahn?s signature design details. This pair includes an updated exposed foam tongue, external heel clip, and reconstructed collar. AMBUSH co-branding can be found on the tongue tag, insoles and back of the heel. The look is finished with a matching fluorescent green rubber outsole and laces.
