The first Breitling SuperOcean was released in 1957 and was water-resistant up to 200 meters, making it inarguably a serious divers’ watch. Over the years, Breitling has launched newer versions of the SuperOcean with water resistance up to 1,500 meters. In 2015, Breitling released the SuperOcean II with a new style and appearance. The font of the numbers on the rotating bezel is less stylized and the bezel has a luminous dot at 12 o’clock. The bezel has gradations for the last 15 minutes of a dive.
